All sales are final

License keys are digital goods delivered instantly — once your key is issued, the sale can't be undone the way a physical return can. That's exactly why the free version exists: try Splizix Tweaks before spending anything.

Exceptions

• Duplicate charge — billed twice for one order? The duplicate is refunded in full.
• Key never delivered — paid but no key arrived? Contact us and we'll deliver it or refund you.
• Unauthorized payment — believe your card was used without permission? Reach out immediately.

Technical problems

Trouble getting something working isn't grounds for a refund — but it is grounds for our help. Join the Discord and we'll troubleshoot with you. Every tweak can be reverted with one click.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback on a delivered key instead of contacting us is treated as fraud: the license is revoked and the account banned from future purchases. Talk to us first — we're fast and fair.
